About BilCount
BilCount is both a product and a service designed to monitor occupancy levels in real-time across campus facilities. The system consists of sensors that track the number of people entering and exiting various locations, connecting with a mobile application to deliver this information to users.
The service element involves tailoring the system to each particular campus, which includes scoping out different locations, consulting with potential end-users, and developing an installation plan that optimizes efficiency without disrupting existing operations.
Currently, BilCount is being implemented at Bilkent University as a test subject and proof of concept, with plans to expand to other universities in the future.
